Lu Weiliang, (1910—1988) from Meixian County, Guangdong Province, was the head of Dapu Traffic Station on the Central Red Traffic Line. He was bold and careful, always stepped forward before major tasks, planned ahead, and made careful arrangements to ensure red traffic. The network is unblocked, and it has become the "clairvoyant" and "sunwind ear" for the connection between the Party Central Committee and the Central Soviet Area. He escorted Ye Jianying, Deng Xiaoping, Ren Bishi, Chen Yun, Nie Rongzhen, Zhang Aiping, Liu Shaoqi, Zhou Enlai, Deng Yingchao, etc. to the Central Soviet Area.
