Siberian girl Natalia Shkolinaya from the small city of Seversk in the Tomsk region was the winner of the Siberian regional competition. 51,000 users voted for her. Natalia has a medical education: she worked as a nurse for a long time. In Seversk, she eventually followed her husband (a soldier) and entered the Russian Guards.
