Recently, the famous Chinese movie star Jackie Chan led a group of Deng Chao, Zhang Lanxin, and Jiang Luxia to conduct poverty alleviation research in Huaian and Zhangbei counties in Hebei.

The theme of this research activity is "Poverty Alleviation-Starlight Action". The first stop is Huai'an, Hebei in the northwest region of Hebei. Since 2011, Huai'an has been listed as a new national key county for poverty alleviation and development. There are 115 poor villages, and the destination of their investigation this time is the village with the worst poverty level.
