Director Wan Hai said that the NS1 route mainly cooperates with Orient Overseas and Yunda Shipping. Wan Hai will deploy two ships, and the other two companies will each invest in one joint operation and configure four 4250TEU (20-foot container) ships. The flight arriving in Hong Kong on March 11 will be the first flight, and the weekly scheduled flight service will be maintained.

According to the plan, the ports of call on the NS1 route are: Osaka , Kobe , Nagoya, Yokohama, , Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Klang, , Ho Chi Minh Cai May, Shekou, Hong Kong, and Osaka.

In addition, Wan Hai is optimistic about the sustainable development of the emerging markets in Southeast Asia. Japan’s Kanto New Super5 (NS5) will also adjust its direct flights to Malaysia starting from April 1. This route mainly cooperates with Yunda Shipping to operate four 1700TEU ships , three ships will be put into operation by Wan Hai, and one ship will be put into joint operation by Yunda Shipping.

Wan Hai said that the ports of call on the NS5 route are: Tokyo, Yokohama, Chiba , Keelung , Taichung , Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh City, Klang, Penang, Hong Kong, Shekou, Tokyo. According to Wan Hai’s analysis, the adjustment of these two routes will help Wan Hai to further optimize its current service network between Japan and Southeast Asia. Combined with a series of routes from NS1 to NS5, it will cover Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Malaysia and South China , Strengthen the company's layout in the Asian airline network.

Compared to Evergreen (2603) and Yang Ming (2609), which mainly operate ocean routes, Wan Hai mainly specializes in Asian regional routes. Last year, its profit performance was relatively stable. Although the net profit after tax in the first three quarters also declined compared with the previous year , but there is still 837 million yuan, and the net profit per share is 0.38 yuan, maintaining a stable profit.
