2011 foreign film "Sniper Stranger" and 1999 Japanese film "Secret"? We are all good husbands who love our wives

There are countless movies playing memory sticks, the most common The protagonist "amnesia" and falls into crisis. Director Christopher Nolan's "Memento" (Memento), 2014 Nicole Kidman and Colin Firth's "Before I Go to Sleep" (Before I Go to Sleep) are all classics . But in 1999 "Secret" starring Hirosue Ryoko and Kobayashi Kaoru and 2011 "Sniper Stranger" (Unknown) starring Lien Neeson, they didn't have amnesia, but there was a big problem. Why? ? "Sniping on Strangers" Lien Neeson plays a scientist with his wife attending an international conference. On the way, Xiao Huang was alone in a car accident and fell into a coma. After waking up, he went to find his wife. Not only did his wife not know him, but he also had a scientist husband with the same name as him. He wanted to find out the truth, but was hunted down! This is the key to the male protagonist's disaster. He believes too much in his memory!

It turns out that he is not a scientist, but an employee of the killer group. He and female killer pretend to be a husband and wife in order to attend an international conference to kill an important person. They continued to practice "Scientist and Scientist Wife," and another male killer colleague was also trained together, in case there is a spare tire scientist to appear in the event of a mistake. The flounder who lives with his (fake) wife is deeply affectionate. Her smiles were originally an exercise in cultivating a tacit understanding between husband and wife with the female killer, but after the car accident, she only remembers these pictures of springtime murmurs, so she is convinced that she is a scientist. No doubt. In the movie, the protagonist recalls his wife's love scene many times, so that the protagonist (and our audience) can believe that he is the scientist who loves his wife.

Compared with the thrilling action of "Sniper Strangers", "Secrets" starts in the daily life of a small family, office worker father, housewife mother, high school daughter. One day, her mother and daughter were in a car accident while riding a tour bus, and her mother was unfortunately killed. After the surviving daughter woke up, she found that she was the mother whose soul remained in her body. The body is the daughter but the soul is the mother's wife, and the husband who has become a single father still wants to share the bed, but dare not cross that bottom line. Soon, the wife discovered that her daughter's soul would return, and the frequency was getting higher and higher, and the body must be returned to her daughter. Feeling that my deadline is approaching, I will spend my second honeymoon with my husband as a farewell ceremony in life. The husband is very sentimental, but he can only helplessly lose his wife again, and the daughter becomes a daughter again. Many years later, at the wedding of his daughter, my dad’s tie was crooked. When my daughter saw him, he helped his dad re-tie his tie. This action surprised dad because only his wife knew it, so why did his daughter do? The truth is that the wife lied to her husband.
The wife has her daughter's youthful body, she doesn't need to play the role of Obasan, and can do whatever she wants. The wife who wears her daughter's skin can't do anything with her husband. They have no future at all! Turning his heart to death, he decided to make up the drama of her daughter's soul returning to her body, so as to end the relationship between husband and wife. In front of her husband, the wife played a daughter who missed her mother. Using her daughter's memory, she manipulated her husband's emotions, but she never expected a tie-in movement (physical memory) so many years later that it was broken.

"Sniper Stranger" and "Secret" The two male protagonists are good men who love their wives, the former is manipulated by the memory of "self", and he believes that "wife is wife" , Almost died. The latter was manipulated by the memory of "others", believing that "wife is no longer a wife," and was deceived brutally. Because memory builds our self-recognition and interaction with others, allowing us to be more certain of what we originally believed, but we did not expect that life may be manipulated by ourselves or by other people’s memories, just like the males in these two movies protagonist.
Why is first love always unforgettable? Why is the Lurou Rice that I ate when I was young is always better than it is now? The original novel of the movie "Don’t Believe Anyone" has a classic: "What are we, if notan accumulation of our memories / Without the accumulated memories of the past, what would we become today". Memory, how much of our thoughts and decisions, and even our destiny, are affected by our memory, is a question worth pondering.
