Newly recruited employees of relevant units who have not obtained the "Professional Preventive Health Examination Certificate" shall not be arranged to engage in the above-mentioned work.
At the same time, if the "Preventive Health Examination Certificate for Practitioners" expires on or after January 24, 2020, due to the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the new certificate cannot be applied for temporarily, and the health certificate is deemed valid and the validity period extends to the whole province 90 days after the Class I emergency response to a public health emergency was lifted. After the response is lifted, the relevant units will make appointments, medical examinations, and certification in accordance with the principle of "territorial management, unit appointments, and orderly physical examinations".
This notice will take effect from the date of issuance, and will be valid until 90 days after the level I emergency response to public health emergencies in the province is lifted.
