The first batch of four passengers who took the Greater Bay Area Low-altitude Express to Zhuhai to watch the air show took off from Shenzhen and arrived in Zhuhai on November 11. This also marks the successful completion of the first flight of this special line.
At 11 o'clock that day, the H135 helicopter on its maiden flight took off from Yantian District, Shenzhen. Compared with the high-speed journey that takes more than 2 hours by car, it only takes about 30 minutes to get there by helicopter.
Come "fly" to Zhuhai to watch the air show - the Greater Bay Area Low-altitude Express Line event is jointly created by Zhuhai Low-altitude Industrial Investment and Operation Co., Ltd. in conjunction with China Southern General Aviation, Eastern General Aviation and Guangdong Kelong and other general aviation companies.
As a result, the direct flight time to Zhuhai from the five Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area cities, including Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhongshan and Zhaoqing, as well as Yangjiang, Guangdong, which has “integrated into the Bay”, has been shortened to less than one hour. Citizens in these six cities can use a more comfortable and faster air travel experience to directly reach Zhuhai, where the China Air Show is held, and go to the China Air Show blue sky event.
"As a specific functional commercial state-owned company responsible for the overall planning of Zhuhai's low-altitude airspace resource development, scenario applications, and industrial layout, we will continue to create Zhuhai's 'low-altitude+' characteristic innovative application demonstration scenarios and expand the commercialization of low-altitude economic industries. It will bring more exciting new low-altitude consumption formats to life in the Bay Area and provide solid support for Zhuhai to build a 'city in the sky'," said the relevant person in charge of Zhuhai Low-altitude Industry Investment and Operation Co., Ltd.
