Personnel in the city; (2) Persons who hold a residence permit in Huangshan City within the validity period; (3) Full-time graduate students and full-time undergraduate students in Huangshan City Neitong University, including household registration not moved to Huangshan City (4) Full-time postgraduate students and full-time undergraduate students who are enrolled in ordinary colleges and universities in other provinces (cities, districts) and registered in Huangshan City; Armed police;

2. Accreditation institution and time arrangement The qualifications for middle school teachers are recognized by the education bureaus of the districts and counties where the household registration (or residence permit, etc.) is located.

(1) Online declaration

(2) Physical examination arrangement After successful online registration, the applicant downloads the "Physical Examination Form for Teacher Qualification Applicants in Anhui Province", goes to the hospital designated by the teacher qualification accreditation agency, and goes for the physical examination by himself.
The physical examination form is shown in the attachment, printed on both sides, and a one-inch ordinary photo of the same version as the electronic photo provided when applying online is pasted in the form where the photo is pasted. (3) On-site confirmation

(9) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents applying for teaching qualifications must submit a certificate of no criminal record. The certificate of no criminal record shall be issued by the relevant departments of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region and the Taiwan region. (4) Examination and determination of
Teacher qualification accreditation institutions at all levels shall make qualification accreditation conclusions within 30 statutory working days from the date of termination of the acceptance period for applications, and publicize them through their respective portals of education bureaus at all levels.
(5) Issuance of certificates
Those who have been identified as qualified as teachers should receive the teacher qualification certificate on time according to the notification requirements of the corresponding teacher qualification certification agency.
5. Other matters The notification announcement issued by the corresponding teacher qualification accreditation agency requires the operation.
(2) Applicants should truthfully submit relevant materials, and those who cheat to obtain teacher qualifications will be punished in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.
(3) Educational postgraduates and normal students who are included in the scope of the examination-exemption certification reform will be exempted from the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination with the "Professional Teacher Professional Ability Certificate for Normal Students". The procedures for applying for accreditation of corresponding teacher qualifications remain unchanged.
(4) Persons who meet the conditions for direct accreditation by Anhui Province, refer to full-time teachers majoring in ordinary colleges and universities who are enrolled in school and have graduated as of December 31, 2013, and can directly apply for accreditation as a teaching subject according to the original method. Primary and secondary school teacher qualifications consistent with their majors. When applying for teacher qualifications whose teaching subjects are inconsistent with their majors, they must take the National Teacher Qualification Examination.
(5) Full-time postgraduate students and full-time undergraduate students in general colleges and universities that meet the application requirements must use the qualified academic qualifications they have obtained to apply for certification.
(6) According to Article 7 of "Anhui Province Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Qualification Examination and Recognition Policy Interpretation", applicants during pregnancy can be exempted from physical examination items that are not suitable for pregnant women. If other testable items are qualified, they are deemed to have passed the physical examination. , but the chief examiner must sign the pregnancy statement on the medical examination form.
