Among the many labels given to me by the outside world, "middle-aged actress" is the one that has been mentioned more recently, and it is inevitable.
For this term, my understanding is that each age group has its own charm. When

At that time, they also found me by chance. When I saw that I also like dancing, I thought I could try it. On the show, I met sisters of all ages, and they were all in very good shape.
Frankly speaking, everyone is afraid of getting old, but this is unavoidable. It is better to adjust your mentality and enjoy the charm and unique feeling that each age group brings to you.
So I'm not too afraid of getting older now, but I feel that in my 30s, I will be more beautiful and more confident than when I was in my 20s.
I always think that I am lucky. Since my debut, I have been a direct protagonist, such as Xue Baochai in the new version of "Dream of Red Mansions", Princess Yushu in "Myth" and so on.
Before, I was more concerned about whether I was the protagonist or not, but now I don't. The role has no size, whether it is a supporting role in ten scenes or a leading role, as long as the audience can remember it, it is an actor's success. The most interesting thing about
acting for me is that there is no standard answer, there is no ruler to measure whether you are acting right or wrong, so it is very difficult.
But this way I can keep exploring. Take Ren Duomei as an example. Now I am acting like this. In three years, maybe I will be acting in another way. The same is true for the previous Baochai or Yushu, and now it will be a different expression.

Sometimes my skills turn back to support characters. When I'm not filming, I like boxing. It's a way for me to maintain my posture and vent my emotions. It happened to be used in "Their Name".
In fact, the script is about fitness. I suggested that the director could add a boxing scene, and the effect was good. It seems that it can better reflect the catharsis of Ren Duomei, a full-time housewife.
As for performance, I said in an interview before that I was exploring how to become an acting school, but as for the result, I have to leave it to the audience to judge.

Over the years as an actor, I have also experienced highs and lows. Sometimes the highs or lows are just what the outside world says about me, and these things are usually relative, maybe my career is high and my life is low, and vice versa.
Aside from these hard-to-define things, I think the more important thing about career development is whether you do what you like. As long as you find the right direction and persist in your heart, no matter in the highs or lows, everyone can go on bravely.
