Zhao Jing, secretary of the municipal party committee, announced the construction start order, and Wang Qingfeng, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee and mayor, presided over the commencement ceremony. Nanshan Garden Boutique Hotel Project is one of the municipal key projects determined by the municipal government, and it is also a demonstration project for the municipal government and Shaanxi Provincial Land Engineering Construction Group to deepen the cooperation between land and enterprises. The project is located in the northwest of Shangzhou District, with Xian’e Lake Villa in the north, North Ring Road No. 1 in the south, Jinjiyuan Mountain in the east, and Xian’e Lake East Road in the west, covering a total area of about 66 mu. The construction area is about 49,000 square meters, with a total investment of about 570 million yuan, mainly including boutique hotels, high-quality residences and ecological parks. Relying on the good mountain ecological landscape of Shangluo City and Danjiangyuan National Wetland Protection, the project aims to create a cultural and leisure park, living area and ecological environment integrating wetland protection, leisure tourism, training conferences, banquets, catering, accommodation and health preservation. After completion, the business district will further optimize the layout of the central urban area, promote the high-quality development of new urbanization and public services, enhance the regional economy, enhance the quality of the city, and improve the living environment. The project has a planned construction period of one year and is expected to be put into use in October 2023.
