According to the work deployment of the district party committee and the district government, since 2018, the district finance bureau has listed a total of 58.45 million yuan in education and teaching quality bonuses for five consecutive years, of which 60% is used for outstanding educators. Implementing the spirit of the document "Implementation Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of Teachers' Team Construction in the New Era" by the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, jointly researching and formulating specific management measures with the education department, and issuing 6.33 million yuan of living allowances for high school teachers. Research and formulate the "Management Measures for After-School Service Fees for Primary and Secondary Schools in Wolong District (Trial)", and distribute 20.11 million yuan of after-school service fees for primary and secondary school teachers.
The second is multi-party investment to expand the scale. A total of 1.757 billion yuan has been invested, and a series of constructions such as the standardization construction project of primary and secondary schools, the expansion project of urban schools, the reconstruction and expansion project of schools in the central city, and the construction of complete schools have been implemented successively. The third is multi-party financing to ensure operation. Since 2016, a cumulative expenditure of 480 million yuan has been used for the salary and welfare of 2,452 new teachers and personnel acting teachers. In 2022, 1,251.54 million yuan will be allocated for the salary and welfare expenditure of more than 8,200 teachers and staff; 136.21 million yuan will be invested in compulsory education and high school public expenditure; Teacher subsidies are 43.28 million yuan. A total of 21 million yuan has been invested to plan and construct 1,783 teachers' turnover houses, 861 of which have been delivered for use, and 814 of which will be completed by the end of the year.
