Director Zhang Tongdao of "Zero Zero" began in 2006 and led a team to shoot children in a kindergarten. After they entered elementary school, the film crew continued to follow them, and successively produced documentary films and TV documentaries "Little People" and "Growing Up". "Secret" and "The Secret of Growing Up in Primary School Age" and other works have caused widespread discussion after they were broadcast on CCTV. The documentary film "Zero Post", completed in 2019, has been filmed for 12 years to create two distinctive "post-00" images, that is, the protagonists Chi Yiyang and Rourou. In the
film, the boy Chi Yiyang wanted to be a hero since he was a child and was a "Kid King". After a period of wandering, he found his way in rugby; the girl Rourou seemed to be a maverick, but after going to the United States to study alone , And encountered an unprecedented setback... The film uses cross-editing methods to discuss topics of social concern such as examination-oriented education and quality education, staying behind and studying abroad, adolescence and parent-child relationship. There are alumni of Beijing Normal University from all ages at the
cinema. Some of them are "post-90s" and some are parents. During the filming, the audience was sometimes amused by the protagonist's childhood innocence and bursts of laughter; sometimes, they were deeply touched by the adolescent faith and determination of the two protagonists to chase their dreams, and their eyes turned red. In the subsequent exchange and sharing, Zhang Tongdao said that the reason why these two children were chosen as the protagonists of the movie was because of their distinctive personalities and full stories.

"Before the filming of the film, my son was only 4 years old. At that time, he said a lot about me.
