Asian Film Festival- Robert Bresson Film Forum is a non-profit cultural group established in 2000 to spread film culture. In 2002, the team organized a film festival in Taiwan, starting in 2003 The Asian Film Festival was held, bringing together the best films from 13 countries and regions in the Far East, such as: China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, South Korea, Japan, Laos, Cambodia. The first part of the
Film Festival consists of 16 films in the main competition unit, competing for 5 awards awarded by the film jury, namely the best film, best director, best actor, best actress and best original film . The second part of the
film festival, the new generation unit, consists of eight films shot by the new generation directors. Over the years, the film festival has attracted Wang Xiaoshuai , Tsai Mingliang , Hou Xiaoxian , Chen Kaige , An Hui, Brillant Mandoza, Jia Zhangke, Kuantan, Chen Delin, Tsukamoto Miya and Tang Huilin, etc. Many outstanding filmmakers participated.

Qin Lei, graduated from the Directing Department of Beijing Film Academy. In the 13 years of working in the industry, he has accumulated more than 90 works of various types. He is good at emotional or narrative works, and has strong control over the overall style of each link from creativity, drama, shooting to post-production. Since 2011, he has been transferred to directorship, during which he has shot a large number of commercials and short dramas and created short films and movie scripts. Not only does he focus on creating the “world” of the film, he is also good at telling stories by creating characters through dramatic events. In 2020, he directed the road comedy film "The Shameful Iron Spoon", which was produced by IoLianmei Pictures and Beijing Ai Released by Uten Pictures, the total time is about 75-90 minutes, and it is expected to start shooting in mid-to-late December.
The movie "The Shameful Iron Spoon" tells the story of four women of different ages and different personalities who accidentally left the deepest conflicts in each family during a emotional crisis. After all the twists and turns, they finally grew up. The film uses warmth, simplicity and exquisite technique to spread out the inner world of the four women.The absurd journey is not only a process of self-recovery, but also allows the four to rediscover their passion for life, redefine the meaning of love and family, and evoke the return of the four people to their true feelings.
