According to the relevant technical person in charge of the barrier-free viewing project, this kind of barrier-free commentary film needs to be created by professional screenwriters, and the narration script is written without affecting the sound information transmission of the film as much as possible, and finally edited on the basis of the original film. Synthesize audio tracks with commentary content and make them into a barrier-free commentary version "digital movie package" for supporting distribution.
Chen Xiaobin, a visually impaired person, told reporters after "watching" the film that the commentary in the headset added a lot of details, played a role in reminding the relationship between the characters, and was very helpful to his understanding of the film's storyline.
He said: "On the eve of the Spring Festival this year, I also'watched' the barrier-free version of the film. After the experience, I had high expectations for the commentary version of the film. It is understood that the "Love Cinema-barrier-free viewing project" is based on the film technology quality of the Shanghai Film Bureau and the Central Propaganda Department. A public welfare project jointly sponsored and launched by the Shanghai Film Distribution and Exhibition Industry Association and the Shanghai Charity Foundation under the guidance of the Inspection Institute and the Yangtze River Delta Film Distribution and Projection Alliance.
