In 2019, the red national classic opera "Honghu Red Guards" launched a national commemorative tour for the 60th anniversary. "Honghu Red Guards" tells the story of the Red Second Army led by He Long temporarily evacuated in a tug-of-war with the enemy in the Honghu area of Hubei in 1930. The local revolutionary armed Honghu Red Guards, under the leadership of Han Ying and Liu Chuang, and the Kuomintang Security Corps Cleverly dealt with the local lake bully Peng Batian, and hit the offending enemy hard.

"Honghu Red Guards" premiered in 1959. In October of that year, it was performed in Beijing for the first time as a tribute to the 10th anniversary of the National Day by Hubei Province. Since then, it has become a treasure of Chinese national opera. After being made into a movie for public screening, it became a household name, popular in China, and deeply loved by the masses. Over the past 60 years, this drama has been performing for a long time, and the beautiful melody rippling in the hearts of generations of Chinese people.
