Recently, reporters learned from the Tianyancha app that Beijing Yixuan Culture Brokerage Co., Ltd. and Gao Yunxiang, which are wholly owned by Dong Xuan, have added a new person to be executed, with an execution target of more than 270,000 yuan, involving performances with Zhejiang Tangde Film and Television Co., Ltd. For contract dispute cases, the enforcement court is the Beijing No. 1 Intermediate People's Court. The case process shows that recently, the above-mentioned persons subject to execution have been compulsorily executed for more than 49.42 million yuan.
According to media reports, Tangde Film and Television signed a contract with Gao Yunxiang and his agency Yixuan Agency in 2017, agreeing that Gao Yunxiang will star in "Anaya Love". During the filming of the play, Gao Yunxiang was exposed to a sexual assault scandal, and Tangde Film and Television later sued the court. Not long ago, the case was finalized. The court ordered Gao Yunxiang to compensate Tangde Film and Television for losses of 48.85 million yuan and interest, and to pay liquidated damages of 150,000 yuan. The legal fees are 420,000 yuan, and Yixuan’s agent bears joint and several liability.
Tianyancha's change records show that in 2018, Gao Yunxiang withdrew as a shareholder of Beijing Yixuan Culture Agency Co., Ltd., holding 30% of the shares before withdrawing.
