The original work won various manga awards as a debut work and achieved exceptional feats, and was translated into languages in 10 countries around the world and published.

One day, OL Sinon (Nagano Meiyu), who works in a black-hearted company, learned from the TV news that her friend Mariko (Nao) had passed away. Mariko was abused by her father since she was a child.
