Due to the weakening of the influence of "Aolu" on our province, the Provincial Meteorological Bureau lifted the typhoon level 4 warning at 15:20 on September 28. Affected by the residual circulation of "Aolu" and weak cold air, from September 29th to 30th, there were still heavy to heavy rains and local heavy rains in the eastern half of Hainan Island.
