"Dragon Standard" is my country's film release license. Because of its eye-catching dragon-shaped design, it is nicknamed "Dragon Mark".
So, how can a movie that aims to enter the theater get the "dragon mark"? It is usually necessary to go through film filing (filming license), film shooting, and film review to obtain the film's public release license, which is the "dragon mark".

domestic films from the initial registration to the release, the first pass is to get the film "Film Production License". In my country, the production of such films requires a license system. Companies and enterprises (including film and television culture companies) that have a "Film Production License" or "Film Production License (Single Film)" can shoot and produce films.
Applying for a single-film filming license is actually a "film filing project". If the film filing procedures are not obtained before shooting, if the filmed work does not meet the requirements of the radio and television department, then the filmed work will not be produced, let alone Released. So what are the conditions to apply for the "Film Production License"?
According to the provisions of Articles 8, 9 and 10 of "Film Production" in Chapter II of the "Film Management Regulations":
Article 8 The establishment of a film production unit shall meet the following conditions:
(1) Films The name and charter of the production unit;
(2) has a sponsor and its competent authority recognized by the State Council’s radio, film and television administrative department;
(3) has a definite business scope;
(4) has an organization that meets the needs of the business scope Institutions and professionals;
(5) have funds, places and equipment that meet the needs of the business scope;
(6) other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
Approval of the establishment of film production units shall not only comply with the conditions listed in the preceding paragraph, but also comply with the plans for the total number, layout and structure of film production units formulated by the administrative department of radio, film and television under the State Council.
Article 9 The application for the establishment of a film production unit shall be reviewed and approved by the film administrative department of the people’s government of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government where it is located, and then submitted to the radio, film and television administrative department of the State Council for approval. The application should state the following:
(1) the name, address and economic nature of the film production unit;
(2) the name, address, nature and competent authority of the sponsor of the film production unit;
(3) The name, address, and qualification certificates of the legal representative of the film production unit;
(4) The source and amount of funds of the film production unit.
Article 10 The administrative department of radio, film and television under the State Council shall, within 90 days of receiving the application for establishing a film production unit, make a decision of approval or disapproval and notify the applicant. If approved, the Radio, Film and Television Administration Department of the State Council shall issue a "Film Production License", and the applicant shall go to the State Council Administration for Industry and Commerce to go through the registration procedures with the "Film Production License" and obtain a business license in accordance with the law; if it is not approved, the reasons shall be explained. .

Film shooting
After obtaining the filing receipt, the production unit can start the production and shooting of the film.
During the filming process, if the film title changes, the production unit changes, the film is postponed, the film is withdrawn, or the personnel and locations involved in the filming are related to immigration, all these need to apply to the Film Bureau for additional changes during the filming process.
After the filming is completed, the film can be reviewed and submitted to relevant units for review. According to my country's "Film Management Regulations", when a film is qualified and can obtain a "Film Film Public Screening Permit" in accordance with the law, it can be distributed and screened.
film review
review is divided into four steps: film preliminary review, title receiving, film final review, and film technical review. First, apply for the record at the Film Bureau, submit the film, and the film submission checklist, review and approval form, main creator registration form, electronic file of the film script, "film script (summary) record receipt" and so on.
According to Article 25, film films are prohibited from containing the following content:
(1) opposed to the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) endangering national unity, sovereignty and territorial integrity
(three) leaking state secrets, endangering national security or harming national honor and interests;
(four) inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermining ethnic unity, or infringing on ethnic customs and habits;
(five) promoting cults, Superstitious;
(6) disrupting social order and undermining social stability;
(7) promoting obscenity, gambling, violence or instigating crime;
(8) insulting or slandering others, infringing on the lawful rights and interests of others;
(9) Endangering social morals or national excellent cultural traditions;
(ten) has other content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations and national regulations.

Within 30 days, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television will give specific amendments after the review. If it is passed once, the reviewer will be issued a "Film Censorship Decision" and "Film Film Release License" titles, and a domineering dragon mark will be attached to the film titles, and the countdown to the movie's release can begin!

Before watching the movie, many viewers will find that in different movies, the words displayed on the "Film Film Public Screening License" are different, such as "electric review of the old word", "electric review of the word" and so on. In fact, these are the classifications of the public screening license according to the different types of movies.
"Electric Trial" refers to feature films that have passed the review, including domestic feature films and Chinese and foreign co-produced films, such as "My Motherland and Me" and "Chinese Captain".
"Dianjuji Zi" refers to documentary films that have passed the review, such as "Earth: A Magical Day".
"Dianshejinjinzi" refers to foreign imported films that have passed the review, including imported 2D sub-account films and approved films, such as "Avengers 4: Endgame" and "Fast and Passion: Special Operations".
"Dian Shen special (in)" refers to special imported films, such as the 3D blockbuster "Godzilla 2: King of Monsters".

"Electrical Examination (Re)" refers to some old films that have been restored and re-released after review, such as "Flowers on the Sea" and "Red Sorghum".
In addition, after the film is awarded the "Dragon Mark", the film distributor submits the film to the China Film Distribution and Exhibition Association to discuss the screening schedule. The purpose of discussing content is usually to seize the right schedule to minimize film competition and maximize box office profits.
The four major stages of Chinese movies are Lunar New Year, Spring Festival, Summer, and National Day. These four periods are the periods with the largest investment, the highest publicity efforts, and the most valued by major filmmakers, and they also contain the largest box office market and the largest number of moviegoers.
Therefore, taking the "dragon mark" is a key step to enter the film market, and the fixed period is the key decision to obtain box office revenue. Taking the "Dragon Standard" can follow the guidance of relevant departments step by step, but the selection of the fixed period is rarely traceable. How to maximize the advantages in the game, make full use of scheduling resources, and expand the influence of movies has always been the focus of many parties in the movie market.
