More than 400 guests attended the event, including Fei Shengchao, Chinese Ambassador to Belgium, Zhu Jing, Charge d'Affaires of the Chinese Mission to the EU, envoys from many countries to Belgium, representatives of Belgian political, business, cultural and educational circles, and overseas Chinese in Belgium.

Ambassador Fei Shengchao said in his speech that the Mid-Autumn Festival is a traditional Chinese festival that carries the Chinese people’s vision of reunion, harmony and a better life. We hope that through the common musical language of mankind, we can further shorten the distance between people and promote heart-to-heart communication.

This concert is the fourth time that the "Memory of China" brand repertoire has been performed in Belgium. Under the concert of the dulcimer and string orchestra, the "Chang'e" suite created and arranged by the Belgian musician Zuo Han and the "Chang'e" suite sung in Chinese by two sopranos. Ancient Chinese poems such as "Spring Dawn" and "Like a Dream" won warm applause from the audience again and again. The encore "The Moon Represents My Heart" pushed the atmosphere to a climax.
