In the face of Typhoon "Bebigia" and the possible three-dimensional phenomenon of "wind, storm, and tide" that may result from it, the Haining Public Security Bureau in Zhejiang Province transformed its tide-watching security police force into the main force for preventing and resisting the typhoon. All police officers of Guanchao Security stayed at their posts 24 hours a day, assisting the local government in closing scenic spots, evacuating people and checking for safety hazards along the seawall, building a powerful line of defense for all police to mobilize to prevent and resist the typhoon and protect safety.

Behind the large screen, the police tracked more than 130 monitoring points along the seawall in real time, understood the on-site conditions of the seawall, and strengthened dynamic monitoring of wind, rain, tides and gate facilities.

As of press time, Haining Public Security has fully cooperated with the local area in the closure control work along the Qiantang River in accordance with the Haining City Prevention Directive, assisting in the closure of 7 scenic spots along the river and the closure of 7 businesses along the river; Diversion of people and vehicles in Chaosheng Park and Chaole City. At the same time, dedicated patrols were implemented in 27 dangerous areas along the river, the road to the pond was closed, and tide-watching tourists and fishing people were advised to stay away.
