It is one step closer to the goal of basically completing the main body by the end of the year.
Yesterday, the Sub-Central Station Comprehensive Transportation Hub Construction 03 Standard 03a Project successfully completed the pouring of the last truck of concrete, and the main structure of the Sub-Central Station Comprehensive Transportation Hub was capped.
At the same time, the installation of the first "Jingfan" roof has been completed, and the bubble air pillow membrane of the roof is being inflated. The first "Jingfan" roof will be unveiled today. Next to the first "Jing Sail" roof, there are five more large "Jing Sail" roofs being installed and will be unveiled soon.
Xu Wenwu, director of the Construction Management Department of Beijing Investment Hub Company, said that at present, the main structure of the sub-central station comprehensive transportation hub project has been capped, the 6-sided steel structure Jingfan roof has begun to take shape, 50% of the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment has been completed, and decoration and decoration has been completed 40%. By the end of this year, the main body of the comprehensive transportation hub project of the Sub-Central Station will be basically completed, and all 10 "Beijing Sails" will be unveiled, creating a grand scene of "hundreds of rivals competing for traffic".
According to reports, the design of the "Jingfan" roof is inspired by sailing boats sailing on the Grand Canal, showing an architectural form with the meaning of "sailing, thousands of sails competing", and adopts a "double-layer co-construction" structural design. It is the "sail surface" of "steel structure + etfe tensile membrane + curtain wall honeycomb aluminum panel", and the lower layer is the "lighting bubble" of "steel structure + etfe air pillow membrane". This design not only enhances the thermal insulation of the roof, but also effectively improves the stability and durability of the roof.
The "Jingfan" roof also incorporates a variety of green and energy-saving construction technologies, such as perforated visor design, efficient thermal insulation materials and thermal insulation technology, etc., which can reduce the heat load by 5.2 million kilowatt hours per year, equivalent to 3,200 household air conditioners. Cooling capacity in summer; it can also reduce lighting electricity consumption by approximately 486,000 kilowatt hours per year.
Sub-Central Station Comprehensive Transportation Hub is located in the 0101 block of Beijing City Sub-center, close to the Beijing administrative office area. It covers an area of 61 hectares, with an underground construction scale of approximately 1.28 million square meters and a reserved above-ground construction scale of approximately 1.39 million square meters. "After the sub-central station hub is completed, it will take 15 minutes to reach the Capital Airport directly from the sub-center, 35 minutes to Daxing Airport and Hebei Tangshan, and 1 hour to Xiongan New Area and Tianjin Binhai New Area," Xu Wenwu said.
As a super large transportation hub, the Beijing-Tangshan intercity railway, intercity link high-speed railway, Metro Pinggu Line, Metro Line 101, Metro Line 6 and other rail transit lines will meet at the sub-central station. Passengers can take intercity trains and subway trains in various areas through the transfer corridor.
Although the hub is large, there is no need to "run away" when transferring. Liu Dong, chief engineer of the Hub Project Department of Beijing Zhuzong Sub-Central Station, said that at present, the main structure of the rail transit area of the hub project undertaken by Zhuzong Group (including the Pinggu Line Sub-Central Station) has been completed. Within the hub, transfers on each line only take five or six minutes, and escalators are available for passengers on longer transfer distances, eliminating the need for long walks.
