On July 16, the State Administration of Radio and Television issued a registration announcement for the production of domestically produced TV cartoons nationwide in June 2024.
In June 2024, there were 30 domestically produced TV cartoons registered across the country, with a length of 6639.5 minutes. By subject matter, there are 16 films with fairy tale themes and 3198 minutes, accounting for 53.3% and 48.2% of the total number of films filed; 3 films with cultural themes and 369 minutes, accounting for 10% and 5.6% of the total number of films filed; and 2 films and 501 minutes of realistic themes, accounting for 10% and 5.6% of the total number of films filed. 6.7%, 7.5% of the total; 3 science fiction films, 667 minutes, accounting for 10%, 10% of the total number of filings; 6 educational themes, 1904.5 minutes, accounting for 20%, 28.7% of the total number of filings.
is ranked according to the proportion. The registered themes of domestic TV cartoons are: children's themes, educational themes, science fiction themes, cultural themes, and realistic themes.
