According to the charter, the scope of films participating in this Hundred Flowers Award is: Obtain the "Film Public Release License" issued by the National Film Administration; From March 1, 2022 to February 29, 2024, the film will be distributed and screened in urban theaters across the country, and the number of movie viewers Domestic films with a value of more than 1 million, including films produced by Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan production organizations, and films co-produced by mainland (mainland) production organizations, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan production organizations, and foreign production organizations.
