Spectators need to bring the original ID card that is consistent with the valid ID card of the corresponding spectator provided when purchasing the ticket (to facilitate quick passage through the ticket gate, please be sure to bring a physical ID that matches the identity of the corresponding spectator) Carry out ticket inspection and security inspection;

1. Pick-up and drop-off point: Gate 5 of Hangzhou International Expo Center, Boao Road (Online taxi/taxi leaves from Gate 9 after dropping off the customer, and exits from Benjing Avenue through Binhe South Road);
2. Drop off passengers Spectators: Walk to Boao Road and enter through Gates 7 and 8 of the Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium.
(4) Self-driving vehicles
It is recommended that audiences choose green transportation methods such as subways and buses to watch the performance. If visitors arrive by car, they can go to the parking lot of the National Expo (enter and exit from Gate 3 of the Hangzhou International Expo Center on Benjing Avenue, and park in the parking spaces on the first and second floors below the National Expo Center <约2200>), Jinji Road Li 2nd Road parking lot <约258> , Li Feng Road Social Parking Lot <约377>, Century City Park Parking Lot <约200> parking.
Get off the bus and walk to Boao Road, and enter through gates 7 and 8 of the Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium.
Audience entry/exit
(1) Entry route
Walk to Boao Road (queuing area), and enter the initial inspection diversion through gates 7 and 8.
(1) Spectators in the stands: Take long steps to the 8-meter platform. After security inspection, enter the venue ring through gates a1, a6\a7. Audiences in the telescopic stands on the first floor, the stands on the second floor, and the boxes will go to the designated area after secondary verification. To take a seat, spectators on the fourth floor of the stands can go up to the designated area on the fourth floor and take their seats. Among them, there is a bag storage area at door a6\a7.
(2) Partial box spectators: Take the escalator (nt-09-10) from the basement to the first floor and walk to the initial check-in point for box spectators at Door 6 of the gymnasium on the first floor, then walk to the security checkpoints a1/a6 and a7 of the gymnasium and check the tickets. Enter the venue, take the escalator to the third floor on the north side, check your ticket and enter the box area on the third floor.
(2) Departure route
(1) Audiences in the stands: Audiences in the stands leave from Gate A3-A7 from the direction of Bridge 2 on the southeast side of the stadium to Pinglan Road subway exit C and D.
(2) Some box audiences: Take the a06 and a09 escalators to the underground level of the venue, walk to the parking space in Area B on the underground level of the venue, and drive out of the venue through Gate No. 2.
Information for viewing
Children under 1.1.2 meters are not allowed to enter. Children above 1.2 meters (inclusive) have full admission. One person has one ticket and children should be accompanied by their parents to enter with their tickets.
2. After checking in, you are not allowed to enter again, and you cannot re-enter after exiting.
3. On the day of the performance, please try your best to enter the venue as early as possible and be seated according to the ticket number you hold. You are not allowed to cross areas, gather, or cross the isolation zone.
4. It is strictly prohibited to bring flammable and explosive items and various types of controlled knives into the venue. Lighting of fires and cigarettes is not allowed on site.
5. It is prohibited to bring cameras, tape recorders, camcorders and other professional photography, audio and video equipment, laser pointers and anything else that may affect the concert performance into the performance venue.
6. Flags, flagpoles, selfie poles (including any retractable flags and flagpoles), banners, banners, light signs, light banners, prohibited food, controlled knives, syringes, lighters, cold fireworks, pets, any drinks, including Alcohol products, aerial photography aircraft, large suitcases, long-handled umbrellas, cameras, power banks, laser pointers, thermos cups, balance cars, scooters, mallets, drones and other items are allowed to enter the venue.
