In 2017, Factory 13 selected a group of young employees to study with Fang Wenmo, a great craftsman and chief technical expert in the aviation industry, and Hua Chengxiang was among them. At first, Fang Wenmo, who had many apprentices, didn't pay much attention to him. But soon, the master discovered something different about Hua Chengxiang.
Fang Wenmo: Every time I tell him the key technologies and requirements of the work, he will take it down very well and confirm the accuracy and purpose of the drawings with me immediately. I handed the work to him at around 7pm, and he would definitely give it to me before 12pm and not delay it until the next day. Every time he works, he thinks about how he can do this job better.
Over the years, through continuous thinking and practice, Hua Chengxiang has comprehensively deconstructed a series of process methods and established a more standardized and standard process, which has increased production efficiency by nearly 10 times and the product qualification rate has reached 100%.
In 2022, the "Huachengxiang Party Member Innovation Studio" was established. The people who contract and manage this land are four young people in their 20s. A year ago, they transferred this land from 150 local farmers. They were all still studying at that time, and were respectively master's degree students, doctoral students and postdoctoral students at China Agricultural University. They have a common dream. They want to use their accumulated scientific research results to carry out more scientific planting on this low-yield field and achieve large-scale green and high yields. But for these students who have not yet graduated, it is not easy to do this.
