On March 25, the first of the "Introducing Talents, 'Trenching' the Future"-2024 Chaoyang District Public Institution Recruitment into Colleges and Universities Publicity Series Events sponsored by the Chaoyang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Beijing was held at the Minzu University of China. This marks the official launch of Chaoyang District’s 2024 “Talent Introduction Plan” and public recruitment for public institutions.
On the day of the event, Chaoyang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau joined hands with previous "talent introductions" to the campus and had on-site exchanges and interactions with nearly 200 fresh graduates. At the briefing meeting, Ding Qifei, a 2023 graduate who returned to her alma mater, told the graduates face-to-face about the temperature, feelings and stories of the rising sun that she personally felt; the open recruitment staff of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and public institutions explained in detail " The "Talent Introduction Plan" includes recruitment scope, job requirements, and nine supporting policies such as settling in Beijing, talent apartments, and growth and training, striving to solve the stability and development problems faced by graduates. Subsequently, the graduates who participated in the event had a lively exchange with the on-site staff. The students carefully read the recruitment materials, carefully consulted on issues of concern such as application methods, salary and benefits, career development, etc., and registered on-site.
In order to let more graduates understand the policies and pay attention to the "talent introduction plan" on campus, this presentation was carried out in the form of a series of activities. At present, the "Talent Introduction Plan" has been successfully organized and promoted at Minzu University of China, Renmin University of China, University of Science and Technology Beijing, and Communication University of China, and will be held at Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing Normal University, Central University of Finance and Economics, and China University of Political Science and Law. We strive to provide more opportunities for fresh graduates to work in Chaoyang.
It is understood that the "Talent Introduction Plan" is a recruitment and training plan specifically tailored for outstanding college graduates in Chaoyang District based on the construction of "two districts" and regional functional positioning. Its core purpose is to discover and absorb outstanding college graduates. Increase the talent reserve of young cadres and gradually optimize the personnel structure of regional public institutions. Since its launch in 2022, the program has received widespread attention from universities and students inside and outside Beijing. In this year’s talent introduction plan, Chaoyang District focuses on the construction needs of “Five-Yi Chaoyang” and has brought together 65 high-quality positions in 46 public institutions, covering fields such as business, science and technology, social governance, and people’s livelihood security, involving economics, sociology, law, Literature, journalism and communication, engineering and other disciplines. In addition, 87 recruitment positions were simultaneously released for fresh graduates from Beijing.
