What is a constitution?
The Constitution is the fundamental law of the country. It stipulates the basic system and fundamental tasks of the country, and is the basic legal norm of people's behavior. As the fundamental law of the country, the Constitution is the basis and prerequisite for the emergence, existence, development and change of other laws and regulations. It is the core of a country's independent, complete and systematic legal system and the cornerstone of a country's legal system.
The constitution has 143 articles in total, which are composed of four parts. Specifically, the constitution of our country is divided into the following parts:

1, birth
Article 33 of the Constitution All persons with the nationality of the People's Republic of China are citizens of the People's Republic of China.
All citizens of the People's Republic of China are equal before the law.

Every citizen enjoys the rights stipulated by the Constitution and laws, and at the same time must fulfill the obligations stipulated by the Constitution and laws.

The state fosters the all-round development of youth, teenagers, and children in terms of morality, intelligence, and physique.
3, adulthood
Constitution Article 34 Citizens of the People’s Republic of China who have reached the age of 18, regardless of ethnicity, race, gender, occupation, family background, religious belief, education level, property status, or length of residence, All have the right to vote and to be elected; however, those who are deprived of political rights in accordance with the law are excluded.
4. Marriage and childbirth
Article 49 of the Constitution Marriage, family, motherhood and children are protected by the state.
Both husband and wife have the obligation to carry out family planning .
Prohibit the destruction of freedom of marriage, prohibit the abuse of the elderly, women and children.
5, buying a house
"Constitution" Article 13 The legal private property of citizens shall not be violated.
The state protects citizens' private property rights and inheritance rights in accordance with the law.
For the needs of the public interest, the country canExpropriate or expropriate private property of citizens in accordance with the law and provide compensation.
Constitution Article 39 The residences of citizens of the People's Republic of China are inviolable. Unlawful searches or intrusions into citizens' residences are prohibited.
6, Pension
"Constitution" Article 44 The state implements the retirement system for employees of enterprises and institutions and staff of state organs in accordance with the law. The life of retirees is guaranteed by the state and society.
Constitution Article 45 Citizens of the People's Republic of China have the right to material assistance from the state and society when they are old, ill or disabled. The state develops social insurance, social relief and medical and health services that citizens need to enjoy these rights.
The state and society guarantee the lives of disabled soldiers, provide pensions to the families of martyrs, and give preferential treatment to the families of military personnel.
The state and society help arrange the work, life and education of the blind, deaf, dumb and other disabled citizens.
