Zhou Ming is 49 years old and joined the Hong Kong Police Force in 1995 as an inspector. Responsible for criminal investigation and intelligence gathering at divisional, district, regional and headquarters levels most of the time. During this period, he has accumulated rich working experience in criminal investigation, criminal intelligence and policy formulation. In 2010, he was promoted to Superintendent and served in the Criminal Headquarters. From 2012 to 2013, he was seconded to the Interpol Secretariat in Lyon, France as the Director of Criminal Intelligence.
In 2013, he was promoted to Senior Superintendent and served as Deputy Commander of the Criminal Intelligence Division.
