To mass produce the 1nm process, a more advanced next-generation EUV lithography machine has become the top priority. It is reported that ASML's next-generation EUV lithography test model will be shipped as soon as next year, and will be officially mass-produced after 2025, which is basically in the rhythm of TSMC. However, the price of this EUV lithography machine will reach more than 400 million US dollars.
