Health code epidemic prevention terminal
It is understood that Fuzhou Metro stations have installed citizen card epidemic prevention terminal equipment, students can complete the health code verification work by themselves with their ID cards and student cards. Various types of cards that are not real names cannot check the health code.
"Fu Ma Love Card"
For students who do not have a smartphone (mobile phone), parents can download and print the "Fu Ma Love Card" on the Minzhengtong APP for students. The card is valid for 30 days.
When students take the subway, they can show this card to the station staff, and the station staff can check the health code by "scanning the code in reverse".
Seek help from staff
What if a student forgets to print the "Fu Ma Love Card"? The health code can be "received" by the family members of the same person.
In addition, if students travel alone, they can remember their ID numbers and ask staff for help after arriving at the station.
Self-service ticket processing machine
Currently, Fuzhou Metro has set up self-service ticket processing machines at Nanmendou Station and Sanchajie Station of Line 1, with four service functions, namely, ticket exception handling, recharge, inquiry, first and last trains timetable. It can help students save ticket processing time and improve travel efficiency.
