1905 Film Network News Universal Pictures cooperated with TheaterEars, an audio-visual technology company, to provide Chinese-speaking audiences in the United States with a Mandarin-dubbed version of "The Snowman".
"Snowman Romance" is produced by DreamWorks Studio and Pearl Studio (formerly known as "Oriental DreamWorks"). The plot revolves around the relationship between a contemporary Chinese teenager and the Himalayan snowman. By using the TheaterEars application, users can listen to Mandarin Chinese audio tracks in 4,000 American theaters.
This partnership marks the first time in history that a Hollywood movie released in the United States provides audiences with Chinese audio tracks. In addition, Universal Pictures will also provide Spanish audio.
The Chinese dubbing lineup of "Snowman Romance" includes Zhang Zifeng, Chen Feiyu, Wan Qian, Cai Ming, etc.
