This is the second Chinese citizen arrested for breaking into the Sea Lake Manor without authorization last year. The

CNN report stated that the prosecutor claimed that the 56-year-old Chinese citizen Jing Lu (transliterated) deliberately intruded in a "calculated" and "planned" way. She has been detained since her arrest because her visa in the United States has expired.

"The defendant ignored the warning to leave, but returned from the side door and continued to take pictures. Returned at the side door and continued to take pictures." The prosecutor stated that Trump was not in the Sea Lake Manor when Lu Jing was arrested.

Lu Jing testified through an interpreter that she spent $200 to hire a Chinese guide and send her to various places in South Florida. She said the language barrier prevented her from understanding the security guard’s order to leave her. Murray Fulton, a security officer at Sea Lake Manor, testified that he used hand gestures to give her a clear warning.

Lu Jing's guide then took her to the Worth Avenue shopping area in Palm Beach, where she was stopped by two Palm Beach police officers. They testified that when they tried to handcuff her, she would not agree to be questioned and resisted. Lu Jing testified that when the police approached her, she was scared and added that she did not know why she was handcuffed.

It is reported that Palm Beach County Judge Mark Eissey will sentence Lu Jing on Friday, and she may face up to one year in prison or a fine of $1,000.

This is the second incident in which a Chinese citizen was arrested for trespassing on Trump’s Sea Lake Manor.

In March, Chinese citizen Zhang Yujing (Yuji Zhang transliteration) trespassed into the Sea Lake Manor and was arrested by the US Secret Service. In September, she was sentenced to 8 months in prison.
