According to the regulations of the Vietnamese government, starting from March 22, Vietnam will only allow people with special circumstances such as diplomatic and official purposes and experts, business managers, and high-skilled workers to enter. Among them, foreign experts, business managers, and high-skilled workers need to go through the approval procedures with the Vietnamese government for entry.
According to reports, some illegal intermediaries fraudulently obtain entry approval documents by forging entry application materials, and seek illegal benefits by reselling entry quotas and trading false entry approval documents. If a Chinese citizen obtains Vietnam entry approval through an illegal intermediary, the relevant authorities of Vietnam will be punished once it is verified, and may have legal consequences such as being required to leave the country within a time limit and being restricted from re-entry. The Embassy in Vietnam reminds Chinese citizens to abide by local entry and exit laws and regulations, apply for entry permits in accordance with laws and regulations, and avoid engaging in activities that are inconsistent with the purpose of entry.
