People’s Daily Online. South Korean actor Jiang Zhihuan was arrested by the police at home at 10:50 pm Korea time on suspicion of sexual assault.
According to Korean media reports, Jiang Zhihuan brought two female employees of the company home to drink together after the company dinner. After getting drunk, Jiang Zhihuan entered their sleeping room and sexually assaulted employee A and sexually harassed another female employee B. After the
incident, employee A sent a message to a friend asking for help, saying that he was locked up in Jiang Zhihuan’s house after drinking. Afterwards, A's friend called the police, and the police immediately dispatched, and after verifying the information at Jiang Zhihuan's home, he made an emergency arrest on Jiang Zhihuan.
Jiang Zhihuan said that he only remembered to drink, and couldn't remember what happened after drinking. Since the first interrogation was conducted while Jiang Zhihuan was drunk, the police indicated that they would be summoned again for investigation on the 10th.
Regarding this, Jiang Zhihuan's brokerage firm stated that it is "understanding the situation." Looking forward to the announcement of the final survey results.
