"I'm almost 62 years old now. I think I really want to make some beautiful movies that are nourishing to my heart." When asked about the original intention of the creation, director Feng Xiaogang said. He said that he and Zhang Shu lived in a dormitory when they were in the army. After he started making movies, Zhang Shu also accompanied him to shoot more than a dozen movies. The director revealed that Zhang Shu came to seek his own opinion on the first day of their relationship with his wife.
Although the current movie-watching enthusiasm has shifted from the Lunar New Year file to the Spring Festival file, the main creator still hopes to be able to present a warm film at the end of the year.
