按照规定，夫妻双方或一方拥有大庆市户籍、依法生育第二个及以上子女的家庭可享受育儿补贴。

有哪些流程

If the household registration of both husband and wife has moved out of Daqing City, the child development subsidy will be suspended from the next month.
