1. Brief introduction of the recruiting unit

Shandong Women's University is a provincial public undergraduate college and one of the three women's ordinary undergraduate colleges in the country. The school has City Zhongyuhan Campus and Changqing University Science and Technology Park Campus. It has 95 experimental (training) rooms and more than 360 off-campus practice bases. The school currently has 16,588 full-time students and 877 faculty members. 2. Recruitment positions and number of people

3. Recruitment conditions

(1) Basic requirements

The qualification examination of candidates runs through the whole process of recruitment. Candidates are required to truthfully fill in and submit relevant personal information. (5) Qualification review

Candidates who enter the interview must participate in the on-site qualification review. (6) Exam content and method

Examination is divided into written examination and interview

1. Written examination

The written examination adopts unified examination, unified standard and unified marking method. The content of the written test is mainly determined according to the characteristics of the position and the needs of the work. There are no designated textbooks and tutoring books, and neither is nor authorized or entrusted to any organization to hold exam tutoring training courses.

The total score of the written test is 100 points, and the passing mark for the written test is set at 60 points. The time, place and relevant requirements of the written test will be notified separately through the website of the Personnel Department of Shandong Women's University before the written test. After the written test, check the written test results and whether you are included in the interview range in the "Online Registration System".

Candidates who have reached the passing score of the written test will be selected for interview according to the recruitment plan and the recruitment position according to the written test score from high to low according to the prescribed ratio; if there are vacancies in the written test, the recruitment will be cancelled; if the prescribed ratio is not reached, According to the actual number of qualified candidates to determine the interview candidates.

2. Interview

The interview for the post of teacher is carried out in the form of trial lecture and defense, and mainly examines the teaching ability, business ability and personal comprehensive quality of the applicant.

The interviews for counselor positions and teaching assistant positions are conducted in the form of defense, which mainly examines the job knowledge, professional ability and personal comprehensive quality of the candidates.

The total score of the interview is 100 points, and the passing score for the interview is set at 70 points. Only those who meet the passing score of the interview can enter the scope of medical examination. The interview results will be announced on the spot after the interview.

After the interview, the total test score of the applicant will be calculated according to the ratio of 40% of the written test score and 60% of the interview score. Written test scores, interview scores, and total test scores are all calculated to two digits after the decimal point, and the mantissa is rounded up. If the total scores of the applicants for the same recruitment position are tied, the candidates for the physical examination shall be determined according to the scores of the written test from high to low.

The interview time, location and related requirements will be notified separately through the website of the Personnel Department of Shandong Women's University.

For candidates who violate disciplines and regulations and have dishonesty in the examination, once discovered, they will be disqualified and recorded in the public recruitment violations and integrity archives.

(7) Inspection and physical examination
