On November 12, the 15th China International Aerospace Expo officially kicked off in Zhuhai. The air show attracted aviation enthusiasts, professionals and media reporters from all over the world to witness the grand opening of this aviation feast.
In the morning, accompanied by a deafening roar, the Yunyou-20, as a representative of aerial tankers, conducted its first official flight performance. This refueling aircraft converted from a large transport aircraft has a take-off weight of 220 tons and a fuel load of more than 100 tons. It can refuel all China's main combat aircraft in the air. During the flight show, the Yunyou-20 demonstrated its high-precision and efficient refueling capabilities, releasing three refueling pipes and maintaining stable fuel delivery capabilities during turns. This superb performance won bursts of admiration and warm applause from the audience.
