Among them, the testimony of some villagers in Egan Village confirmed that Yi Mouhua defrauded Li Huanping, but it could not be proved that Yi Mouhua killed Li Huanping. The only person at the crime scene was Yi Mouhua. The Municipal Procuratorate previously made a decision not to prosecute and transferred the case to the Zhanjiang Municipal Procuratorate to report to the Supreme People's Procuratorate for approval and prosecution in accordance with the law.
