From 19:00 to 22:45 on September 7, 2024, the Olympic Sports Center will hold large-scale activities. In order to ensure orderly and safe surrounding road traffic during the event, in accordance with Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the traffic management department of the public security organ will adjust some road traffic organization measures. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. From 17:00 to the end of the event on the same day, motor vehicles (except community and unit vehicles and work vehicles in the area) are prohibited from entering Feihong Road (the section from Qijiazha Lane to Wentao) depending on the situation. Diversion measures will be taken on peripheral roads as appropriate.

2. From 22:00 on the day until the end of the event, temporary traffic control will be implemented on Wentao Road, Guanlan Road, Boao Road, Benjing Avenue, Yangfan Road, Airport City Avenue, Fengqing Avenue, Binsheng Tunnel and other roads around the Olympic Sports Center as appropriate. Measures: The Binsheng Road off-ramp of Xixing Bridge (Qianjiang Third Bridge) and the Xinye Road entrance of Boao Tunnel will be temporarily closed depending on the situation.

Citizens who go to the Olympic Sports Center to participate in activities are asked to choose subways and buses as much as possible. Traffic participants are asked to follow the instructions of the on-site police, management personnel and traffic signs.

During the concert, due to the large number of fans and vehicles, the roads around the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center may be subject to temporary traffic control, and the parking lots within the venue will be temporarily closed. Hangzhou Public Security Traffic Police strongly recommends that everyone take the subway to travel. Fans coming to Hangzhou by car from out of town should go to the surrounding "p+r" parking lot and transfer to the subway.

During the end of the show, the roads are temporarily controlled. Online car-hailing and taxis cannot go directly to the performance location. Those taking online car-hailing and taxis must go to the west of Airport City Avenue (in the direction of Xixing Road) or to the International Expo Center Gate 5 to pick up and drop off passengers.
