Why did the nanny disappear at the critical moment? Was she eaten by the screenwriter?

In "Mortal Song", the audience has been told many times that the hero's family is not an ordinary community, but a very good residence. However, a bloody and illogical plot unfolded. In this high-end community, a stranger actually held a banner and was allowed to yell for a long time. Normally, delivery people can’t enter this community. How come when someone pulls a banner and shouts with a loudspeaker, the security guard disappears? This is obviously the screenwriter's stupidity. In "Mortal Song", the screenwriter created such a drama that goes against common sense and intelligence, just to get the hero's family to spend 800,000 yuan, thus creating a so-called feeling of adding insult to injury. However, the construction of this feeling is really low-level and has no intelligence. After the male protagonist agreed to pay 800,000 yuan, the security guard from the high-end residential area showed up. By the way, is the security guard a relative of the screenwriter? Will he come when he is asked to come?

The third place was bloody. Seven days after the abortion, he suffered massive bleeding and became comatose.

However, was this drama created reasonably?

If the female partner is pregnant for more days, for example, around 60 days, and the fetal sac may be too large, the hospital will arrange for her to be hospitalized. At the same time, the hospital will not directly perform abortion surgery. Instead, it will arrange for medication and medical abortion first.
