In 2016, "Zhu Hong Model Worker Studio" was officially established, dedicated to the mental health counseling of prison inmates, popularizing mental health knowledge and providing group psychological counseling services for social groups such as campuses, nursing homes, and community corrections.
When the studio was first established, the prison had only seven key talents in the field of psychological correction. After years of training, it has gradually grown to 10, and its work areas have also expanded to include psychological correction, educational reform, etc. Five of them were rated as provincial education reform experts.
Over the years, Zhu Hong and his team have contributed to building social harmony and stability. Due to the remarkable results of psychological correction work, Zhu Hong Model Worker Studio has been rated as "Gansu Province May Day Women's Volunteer Service Demonstration Base" , "Gansu Province Model Worker Innovation Studio".
