Qingdao Daily/Guanhai News, September 21st: At 19:30 on September 21st and 22nd, JJ Lin’s concert will be held at the Qingdao Citizen Fitness Center Stadium, and the High-tech Zone Traffic Police issued traffic guidelines.

1. Vehicle parking lot settings

(1) Outlets and surrounding roads.

(2) Above-ground parking lot of the Convention and Exhibition Center.

(3) The east and west sides of Dunxin Road (north of Torch Road) are used for parking of social vehicles (a row of cars facing outwards on the roadside, and a row of cars facing forward on the isolated flower bed in the middle).

(4) Tianhai Road (the north and south sections of Torch Road) is used for parking of social vehicles (a row of cars facing outwards on the roadside, and a row of cars facing the separated flower bed in the middle).

(5) Shangxin Road (the north and south sections of Huoju Road) is used for public vehicle parking (a row of vehicle fronts facing outwards by the roadside, and a row of vehicle fronts facing outwards by the isolated flower bed in the middle).

(6) Alternate emergency parking lot in Lot 2.

Dunxin Road (south of Torch Road) is used to park shuttle buses and all licensed vehicles to enter and exit the venue. Public vehicles are prohibited from entering.

2. Closure and control measures

(1) From 16:00 to 24:00 on September 21st and 22nd, medium and heavy trucks are prohibited from passing on Huoju Road (Aodong Road-Longhai Road) in both directions.

(2) Traffic control will be implemented on Dunxin Road (south of Torch Road) from 8:00 to 24:00 on September 21st and 22nd, and public vehicles will not be allowed to pass.

(3) Two-way traffic control will be implemented on Huoju Road (Shangxin Road-Tianhai Road) from 21:30 to 24:00 on September 21st and 22nd. Vehicles traveling from west to east should turn left from the Shangxin Road intersection of Huoju Road to Shangxin Road, then detour along Tianhai Road to Huoju Road and drive east; vehicles traveling from east to west should turn right from the Tianhai Road intersection of Huoju Road to Tianhai Road. Detour along Tianhai Road to Shangxin Road and Huoju Road and head west.

3. Online car-hailing temporary parking area

(1) Tianhai Road (area south of Torch Road)

4. Entrance route

(1) Departure point—Jiaozhou Bay Bridge— Huazhong Road—Huoju Road—Citizen Fitness Center

(2) Departure point—Qinglan Expressway—Hongdao Exit—Aodong Road—Huoju Road—Citizen Fitness Center

(3) Departure place—Qinglan Expressway—Hetao Exit— Anhe Road - Huoju Road - Citizen Fitness Center

5. Ending route

(1) Chengyang direction:

Vehicles can drive eastward along Huoju Road into Chengyang District and the east direction

(2) City District direction:

Vehicles can go west along Torch Road to Anhe Road and enter Qinglan Expressway to the urban area

Vehicles can go east along Torch Road to Huazhong Road and enter the cross-sea bridge to the urban area

Vehicles can go east along Torch Road to Shuangbu Overpass, Huanwan Road to the urban area

(3) Jiaozhou and the west direction:

1. Vehicles can turn west along Torch Road to Anhe Road and enter Qinglan Expressway

2. Vehicles can go straight along Torch Road Go west to Jiaozhou and westward

6. Public transportation is more convenient

After the performance, the transportation group will arrange free buses at the entrance of the venue to arrive at May Fourth Square, Leke City, and CapitaMall respectively. In addition, the subway will be delayed during the concert. It is recommended that the general public use public transportation to get to the concert site as much as possible.
