A few days ago, a Taiwanese woman accused Huang Zijiao of sexually assaulting her in the name of taking artistic photos in 2006. According to the Taipei City District Prosecutor's Office, on the afternoon of July 2, the prosecutor summoned Huang Zijiao, but he entrusted a lawyer to ask for leave and choose a date to explain the case. On May 17 this year, the Taipei District Prosecutor’s Office formally filed a public prosecution against Huang Zijiao.

Huang Zijiao was exposed in a sexual assault scandal in 2023 and was accused of molesting multiple women, which shocked Taiwan's entertainment industry. However, the charge of "forced indecency" was unsubstantiated and the case was settled with the victim, so the case was finally settled without prosecution in April this year.

Starting from February 12, 2014, he joined an online forum that sold women’s sexual images, and purchased images from the forum from August 8, 2017 to July 8, 2023. . Starting from February 15, 2023, Huang Zijiao used a portable hard drive to store and possess 7 sexual images of unknown underage girls, and was suspected of "possessing sexual images of juveniles without justifiable reasons."
In the first instance on April 3 this year, the prosecutor granted Huang Zijiao a two-year deferred prosecution, a fine of NT$1.2 million, and the writing of a 1,200-word letter of repentance. However, this sparked suspicion from all walks of life that the prosecution was lenient. After pressure from public opinion and prosecutors re-examining the case, the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office formally prosecuted Huang Zijiao on May 17.
According to Taiwanese media, during the prosecutor's investigation, Huang Zijiao was accused by a woman with the pseudonym "Miss K". In 2006, the then 17-year-old "k Xiaojie" worked as a swimsuit model for Huang Zijiao. He used the rhetoric of "sacrifice for art", touched her private parts, and sexually assaulted her. Although it had been many years since the incident, the victim hoped that Huang Zijiao would publicly apologize, but the other party never responded, so she decided to file a complaint with the Taipei City Maternal and Child Police Team.
