After further digging, the police traced that Ren had signed "exclusive contracts" for webcasting with 17 cultural media companies in different locations for four consecutive months, and then disappeared after receiving the signing fee.
After various investigations, the police arrested Ren in another province and city, and Ren confessed to his criminal behavior. At present, the criminal suspect has been criminally detained by the public security organs in accordance with the law on suspicion of fraud. The case is under further processing.
