On June 10, local time, the event "Books in the Clouds: Zongxia Visits the Home of Old Chinese Friend Sarah Landi" was co-organized by China Central Radio and Television and the Chinese Consulate General in Chicago, in Iowa, USA. State Friend Ms. Sarah Landy's home in Muscatine. Through a special family dinner, Ms. Sara Landi invited friends from China and the United States to taste Chinese food, celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival, and experience traditional Chinese culture. Shen Haixiong, Vice Minister of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee and Director of China Central Radio and Television, wrote to Ms. Landy to express friendship. Zhao Jian, Consul General of China in Chicago, attended the event and delivered a speech. Mr. and Mrs. Kimberly, a friendly person from Iowa in the United States, and Dan Stein, chairman of the China Friendship Committee in Muscatine, Iowa, attended the event.
