Since 2023, Sichuan has introduced the "Measures for Supporting Major Literary and Art Projects and Rewarding Quality Products in Sichuan Province", introduced a number of well-known film companies to settle in, and launched award-winning films such as " Light of the White Tower " and " It's Worth It ". The annual movie box office revenue was 3.191 billion yuan, ranking fourth in the country. At the same time, it also successfully held the first Golden Panda Awards, Chengdu Tianfu Science Fiction Film Festival, Daliangshan Xichang National Film Week and other film festivals, screened more than 450,000 charity films, and attracted more than 6.7 million moviegoers.
In the next step, the province's film front will make every effort to focus on the sprint for high-quality products, carefully implement the script training plan, continue to prosper and expand the film market, organize high-level festivals and exhibitions, optimize public services for the film, strengthen the construction of talent teams, and promote the industry chain construction to continuously accumulate strength for the high-quality development of Sichuan films.
