On April 19, the "Starlight · 1953" red space located in Jintang County, Chengdu ushered in the 100th performance of the immersive drama "Starlight · 1953".
The play is produced by Nie Xin as the chief producer and is co-created by young artists such as Pan Naiqi, Wu Cheng, and Zhang Hanyu. It breaks the boundaries of traditional drama and allows the audience to transform from outsiders and newcomers into actors in the play.
On October 25 last year, "Starlight·1953" was performed for the first time. The play was based on the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea. It focused on the heroic deeds of Hu Xiudao, a first-class combat hero from Jintang County, Chengdu, and promoted the great spirit of Resisting U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea.
