The effective legal document confirms that Zheng Shuang will return 30.5 million yuan in service fees and compensate the company for 60 million yuan in economic losses. Because the obligor Zheng Shuang failed to perform his obligations in accordance with the provisions of the effective legal document, the obligee applied to the court for enforcement. The court filed the case for execution on December 7, 2023, and issued an execution notice and property reporting order to the person subject to execution, ordering him to perform the above obligations within a time limit and bear an execution fee of 157,900 yuan and interest on delayed performance payable in accordance with the law.
During the execution process, the court took a variety of execution measures in accordance with the law. It issued an execution notice to Zheng Shuang, ordering him to perform the obligations specified in the legal document within a time limit, and summoned him to accept investigation and inquiry and report his property status, but after the expiration date, Did not appear in court.
